About Us
BalloonRelease.com is a site dedicated to survivors of child-loss. We are an action-oriented support site for grieving parents. We promote events to help grieving parents and their families through the most difficult times, which can include the holidays, anniversary dates, and birthdays. We can never forget the children who have gone before us. It is our goal to inspire healing, support, and camaraderie for families in need.
We want you to know you are not alone on your grief journey.
Funding of the site was originally donated by private parties, mothers who tragically lost children in early 2002. Since 2006 it has been funded entirely on gracious donations from visitors (and a few sponsored/associate links).An open Online community to submit photos, poems, and also post comments/Memorials in the Guestbook area (and maybe make a donation below).
Our GuestBook is now a Blog with inspirational posts and messages from the hearts and minds of hundreds of visitors from around the world since we started back in 2002. It's a way of posting personal notes to lost loved ones in rememberance, your words your thoughts in a respectful memory Online, plus seeing the helpful words and stories of others.
Our Poet's Corner continues to share the original poems and beautiful poetry beautifully writen from the soul, and now bringing peace to those seeking comfort at this Online community. You are not alone.

Grief support groups including The Compassionate Friends and Groww.org are also great resources for information and networking with other families. Additional support has been provided by many others who have lost children, primarily friends from Groww's Heavenly Angels branch and some great friends from The Compassionate Friends group.
Additional thanks to the many grief therapists who are holding the hands of these mourning souls, through the most unthinkable of life's difficulties.
